USMI - Being the most common cause of urinary incontinence in mature dogs, there are a few treatment options available which your vet will be able to prescribe.

In the majority of cases dogs will respond to one or a combination of the medical treatments to the point where they can live a normal life. The above treatments are well established and have good success rates.

There are some surgical treatment options available for cases that do not respond to treatment, however, these will often be a last resort.

*Disclaimer – some of the drugs mentioned on this website may not be available in your country or may be being used off label, please speak to your vet for information.
